3 rounds for time:

10 DB Ground to Overhead (55/35)
200 ft Shuttle sprint

*Shuttles may be 4 x 50 ft outside (down & back twice) or 8 x 25 ft inside (approx. the distance from the rack to the garage doors). Athletes should touch the line with their hand on each length of the shuttle.

*G2OH = bringing the DBs from ground to locked out overhead any way (snatch, clean + press, clean + jerk)
