Clean Double EMOM
On a running 14 minute clock
1) Use the first 7 minute to work up to a moderate weight Clean (65-70%)
- then -
2) 7 min EMOM: 2 Cleans
*Athletes may drop between reps.
14 minute EMOM
Even: 0:30 second Front rack hold + 7 HR push-ups
Odd: 14 Wallballs (20/14)
*Front rack hold weight = 155/105. Athletes will clean the bar from the ground.
