Run + Burpees

Back Squat Volume Cycle - Week 3, Day 1

Athletes will have 15 minutes to work up to and complete:

3 x 6 Back Squats @ 5-10# heavier than last week

*This should be approximately 70% of your 1RM. Adjust as needed.


16 minute EMOM

Even: 200m run
Odd: 10 Burpees

*You will have to run fast. The run is not for recovery, this is not where you buy your rest. If 200m is too much, scale the distance to keep intensity high.
