18 Pull-ups
15 Power snatches
15 Pull-ups
12 Power snatches
12 Pull-ups
9 Power snatches
9 Pull-ups
6 Power snatches
6 Pull-ups
3 Power snatches
3 Pull-ups

*If athletes make it down the ladder and time still remains, start back up the rep scheme i.e. after 3 pull-ups, do 3 snatches, then 6 pull-ups, then 6 snatches, etc. Have fun!
