Front Squat Volume Cycle - Week 3, Day 2

Athletes will have 16 minutes to complete:

4 x 5 Front Squats @ 5-10# heavier than last week

*Rest as much as needed between sets. If adding weight to this rep scheme doesn't work for you, adjust as needed. These should be very challenging sets of front squats.
