10 BB/EZ bar curls
10 DB reverse flyes

*12 minute cap!

Shoulders & Tris - 3 rounds:

10 Seated military press
15 Tricep dips on bench
5 IYT shoulder raises
10/arm Tricep kickbacks

Abs!!! - 3 rounds:

0:30 Hollow Hold
10 strict toes-to-bar
0:30 Arch Hold
10/side DB oblique raises
