Snatch Double EMOM

On a running 14 minute clock:

1) First 7 minutes: work up to a moderate weight snatch (65-70%)

- then -

2) 7 minute EMOM - 2 Snatches

*In the EMOM, Snatches do not need to be touch-n-go. Athletes may drop the bar between reps and reset.

WOD

With a partner, sharing reps however you choose, for time:

100 Power cleans (95/65)
100 TTB
100 Box jumps (24/20)
100 Shoulder to overhead
