Snatch EMOM: Pull + Snatch + Hang Snatch

Athletes will have 6 minutes to work to a moderate weight Snatch (65-70%)

10 minute EMOM:
1 Snatch pull + 1 Snatch + 1 Hang snatch

For time:

9 - 12 - 15

Power snatches (95/65)
Wallballs (20/14) x 3

*i.e. Round 1, athletes will complete 9 power snatches then 27 wallball shots, etc.
There will be a 10 minute cap on this workout.
