Athletes will have 16 minutes to work up to and complete:

3 x 10 Back Squats @ 60%

*This cycle is about developing tolerance and consistency under a load. The percentages are recommendations not pivotal - please adjust the weight if you cannot maintain a tall torso or balance through the foot.
