5 RFT: Snatch + "Cindy"

Snatch Double EMOM

On a running 12 minute clock:

1) First 6 minutes: work up to a moderate weight snatch (65-70%)

- then -

2) 6 minute EMOM - 2 Snatches

In the EMOM, Snatches do not need to be touch-n-go. Athletes may drop the bar between reps and reset.

Athletes MAY increase weight on the bar during the EMOM as long as technique is maintained.

WOD

5 rounds for time:

3 Snatches (135/95)
2 rounds of "Cindy"

1 Round of "Cindy"
-5 pullups
-10 push-ups
-15 Air squats

Snatch for metcon should NOT exceed 80% of 1RM snatch!
