Front Squat Volume Cycle - Week 7, Day 2
Athletes will have 16 minutes to work up to and complete:
4 x 5 Front Squats @ 5-10# heavier than last week
*If you haven't made it to front squat days or don't know what to load your bar to, find a weight that is challenging (NOT maximal) for 5 and complete your 4 sets at that weight. Never hesitate to ask a coach.
Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes
Minute 1 - 8 alternating DB snatches (65/45)
Minute 2 - 8 Box jumps (30/24)
Minute 3 - 10 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
