Strict Pull-ups & Dips
Athletes will have 15 minutes to complete:
5 x 6 strict pull-ups & strict dips, alternating between the movements
*Coach gets to determine which type of dip (ring, box, bench, etc.). If sets of 6 aren't challenging for you, add weight!
3 rounds for time:
20 Wallballs (20/14)
10 Power cleans (155/105)
*There will be an 8 minute time cap.
