100 alternating DB Snatches (65/45)
*Stop every 2:00 minutes and complete 7 wallballs (20/14)
*There will be a 14 minute time cap. The weight of the DB snatch should be one you can move through 5-6 reps per arm consistently at the start of the metcon. You should NOT struggle to get single snatches and you should NOT be able to fly through 15 per arm right away. Load accordingly.
