Back Squat Volume Cycle - Week 5, Day 1

Athletes will have 16 minutes to complete:

3 x 8 Back Squats @ 65%

*If you remember what you squatted for your sets of 8 from 3 weeks ago, do your sets at the same weight or, if you feel good, go 5-10# heavier. If you don't know what to squat, ask a coach. Take PLENTY of rest between sets.

30 Clean + Jerks (135/95)

10 minute cap!
