CnJ EMOM: Clean + Hang + Jerk
Athletes will have 5 minutes to work to a moderate weight Clean and Jerk
- then -
7 minute EMOM:
1 Power clean + 1 Hang power clean + 1 Power jerk
As long as technique holds, athletes may increase load during the EMOM from their starting weight. Have weights ready before the start of the EMOM.
On a running 12 minute clock, complete for max reps:
1 minute Box jumps (30/24)
1 minute Sumo deadlift high pulls (115/75)
2 minutes Box jumps
2 minutes SDLHP
3 minutes Box jumps
3 minutes SDLHP
