Shoulder Stability: Press, Carry, Pull-ups

10 minute AMRAP:

10 DB strict press
50 ft Farmer's carry

5 minute EMOM:

5-10 Strict pull-ups

The AMRAP is for QUALITY not quantity. You pick the weight on the DB press and carry. It should be challenging but good positions must be maintained.

Scale the number of strict pull-ups to be completed in 30-40 seconds or less. If 10 reps can be completed quickly, add weight.
