Front Squat/Back Squat Cycle - Week 2
Athletes will have 15 minutes to find a heavy load for:
4 Front squats + 8 Back squats
*Athletes will rerack the bar after completing the front squats and then move immediately into their back squats.
100 Air squats
50 Push jerks (75/55)
50 Air squats
25 Push jerks
*There will be a 12 minute cap on today's metcon.
