On a running clock for 18 minutes, perform:

3 minute AMRAP:
Run 200m
Max reps pull-ups in remaining time

3 minute AMRAP:
Run 200m
Max reps box jumps in remaining time

- REST 2 MINUTES -

3 minute AMRAP:
Run 200m
Max reps Wallballs in remaining time

- REST 2 MINUTES -

3 minute AMRAP:
Run 200m
Max reps burpees in remaining time

*Score is total number of repetitions completed following each run. Prescriptions are as follows: Box height (24/20), Wallballs (20/14).
