Barbell Split Squats

Athletes will have 15 minutes to work up to & complete:

4 x 10/leg Barbell split squats @ 5-10# heavier than last week

*If you did not do the split squats last week, work to a moderate weight. As a guideline, your load will be roughly 25-30% of your 1RM Back Squat.


Every minute on the minute for 14 minutes:

Even - 5 Deadlifts (225/155)
Odd - 7 HSPUs
