Athletes will have 14 minutes to work up to and complete:
4 x 6 1-arm DB Press
4 x 10 1-arm DB Row
*Find a weight for your working sets that is challenging but allows you to maintain good positions throughout the movement and all repetitions in the set.
50 KB swings (32/24)
50 Burpee box jump overs (24/20)
*There will be a 10 minute time cap on today's metcon.
