Barbell Split Squats

Athletes will have 15 minutes to work up to and complete:

4 x 10/leg barbell split squats

*If you've been here the past few weeks for these and feel good, add 5-10# to your previous weight. However, do not sacrifice range of motion for load.


Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes complete:

1 Deadlift + 1 Power clean + 1 Thruster (95/65 bar for all movements)

Add 1 rep to each movement until you can longer complete the required number of repetitions within the minute (or you reach the 10 minute cap).

*i.e. 2nd minute = 2 deadlifts + 2 power cleans + 2 thrusters, etc.
