Max effort: SDLHP + Burpees

FS/BS Cycle - Week 4

Athletes will have 10 minutes to find a heavy weight for:

6 Front squats + 12 Back squats

*This is a lot of volume. Take your time between sets and don't overdo it on the weight. If you reach your "heavy" before other athletes are done, you may do another set or two at your weight. Do NOT exceed 5 total sets of 6 + 12 during the 10 minutes.

2 minutes max reps Burpees
