Barbell Split Squats

Athletes will have 15 minutes to work up to and complete:

4 x 10/leg barbell Split squats @ a moderate weight

*If you were here last week for split squats AND feel good, try adding 5-10# to the bar for today's sets. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.
