Power Clean EMOM for 15 minutes
Athletes will choose to start with 135, 85 or 55 pounds on their bar. As they advance through each set (3 minutes), they may choose to increase the load on the bar.
1st minute - 1 Power clean
2nd minute - 2 Power cleans
3rd minute - 3 Power cleans
Accumulate 7 minutes in a Front Rack Hold
Every time you drop the bar, complete 7 KB swings (24/16).
