Power Snatch Wave EMOM

Every minute on the minute on the minute for 3 minutes:

Minute 1 - 1 Power snatch
Minute 2 - 2 Power snatches
Minute 3 - 3 Power snatches

This is ONE wave. Athlete will repeat this wave 5 rounds for a total of 15 minutes. Start with a moderate weight that allows for confident controlled movement. Athletes may increase their load after each wave if they look good and feel good.
