Clean Wave EMOM

Every minute on the minute for 3 minutes:

Minute 1 - 1 Clean
Minute 2 - 2 Cleans
Minute 3 - 3 Cleans

This is ONE wave. Athletes will repeat for 5 waves or a total of 15 minutes. After each wave, athletes may increase the load on the bar if they look and feel good. Reps do NOT need to be touch-n-go but they should be full squat cleans.

Run 800m for time
