Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes:

1st minute - 1 power snatch
2nd minute - 2 power snatches
3rd minute - 3 power snatches

*Male athletes start at 135 or 95; female athletes start at 85 or 55. All athletes may increase the load on their barbell after each interval (3 minutes) if desired.
