Hang power clean Wave EMOM

Every minute on the minute for 3 minutes:

Minute 1 - 1 Hang power clean
Minute 2 - 2 Hang power cleans
Minute 3 - 3 Hang power cleans

This is ONE wave. Athletes will complete 5 total waves or 15 minutes. Start at a moderate weight. Athletes may increase their load after each wave if they look good.
