EMOM 15: Snatch Wave

Every minute on the minute for 3 minutes, athletes will perform:

Minute 1 - 1 Snatch
Minute 2 - 2 Snatches
Minute 3 - 3 Snatches

This is one wave. Athletes will complete 5 waves (restart at 1 Snatch) for a total of 15 minutes.

*Snatches should be full squat snatches but do not need to be touch-n-go. Athletes may increase the weight on their bar every wave (every 3 minutes).
