Power Clean Wave EMOM

Every minute on the minute for 3 minutes:

Minute 1 - 1 Power clean
Minute 2 - 2 Power cleans
Minute 3 - 3 Power cleans

This is ONE wave. Athletes will complete 5 waves for a total of 15 minutes. Athletes may increase the weight on their bar every wave (every 3 minutes). Start light and if it feels and looks good, go up!

Squat cleans (185/125)
Hand release push-ups (x2 reps)

*Each part will have a 5 minute time cap. Pick a weight that is challenging but doable. Choose something that you can confidently complete single cleans at for the entirety of the metcon.
