EMOM Adds Up: Deadlifts + Push Press + Burpees

Down Set Same: Back Squat

Athletes will have 15 minutes to find a 3RM Back Squat
AND complete:

2 x 2 @ 3RM weight


Every two minutes for ten minutes, complete:

4 Deadlifts (95/65)
4 Push presses
4 Burpees

*Add 2 reps to each movement every round. This means you will finish with 12 reps per movement in the last round. If you do not complete the required reps within the two minutes, you become a cheerleader for the rest of the class!
