AMRAP 20: Bench + Run

20 minute AMRAP

Max reps Bench Press (135/95)
*Every time you rerack the bar, run 400m

Athlete will complete max reps of bench press in 20 minutes. DO NOT GO TO ABSOLUTE FAILURE! Make sure to count all reps.

*Please understand you will most likely have to share a bench.  If you return from your run and someone is using your bench, we ask that you cheer your ass off for them until they rack the bar.  Once they rack the bar, give them a high five and continue your next set!
