Athletes will have 12 minutes to complete:

4 x 6 Bent over BB rows @ a moderate weight

*Do NOT max out. Keep focus on consistent tempo and control throughout each rep.

100m Farmer's carry, R arm
100m Farmer's carry, L arm
10 DB Step-ups, R leg (35/20)
10 DB Step-ups, L leg
*Rest 1 minute between rounds.

*There will be a 20 minute time cap on today's metcon.
