Hang Clean Wave EMOM

Every minute on the minute for 3 minutes:

Minute 1 - 1 Hang squat clean
Minute 2 - 2 Hang squat cleans
Minute 3 - 3 Hang squat cleans

This is ONE wave. Athletes will complete a total of 5 waves (or 15 minutes). You may increase your load after each wave if you look good and feel good.
