Close Grip Bench Press

Athletes will have 14 minutes to work on sets of 6-8 reps of Close Grip Bench Press.

Focus on consistent tempo on the descent and maintaining good shoulder position throughout each rep.

WOD

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes

Minute 1: 6-8 HSPU
Minute 2: 10 Box jump overs (24/20)
Minute 3: 12 DB/KB Front rack lunges

*Athletes may vary HSPU based on skill level (deficit, strict, etc.). Ask your coach to determine appropriate intensity. KB/DB weight should be moderate for the lunges.
