*Coaches will decide the mile route for each class. Do NOT dog it on the run - use the first half to stretch the legs and get a rhythm going and then kick it in. Remember, you're done working when you finish that run.
Athletes may choose to increase intensity by loading the snatch to 135/95 with coach's approval. There will be a 20 minute time cap on today's metcon.
