Athletes will have 14 minutes to work up to and complete:
3 x 6 Front Squats @ 75% (5-15# heavier than last week)
10 Rounds for time:
15 Wallballs (20/14)
3 Clean & jerks (135/95)
*There will be an 18 minute time cap on today's metcon.
Athletes have the option to increase intensity by loading the bar to 185/135, with coach's approval. Wallballs will remain the same.
