3 RFT: Farmer's Carry + Lunges + Snatches

Press Complex

Athletes will have 14 minutes to work on the following complex:

2 Push presses + 1 Push jerk

*Focus on control and tempo, especially as the bar returns to the shoulders. These are NOT touch & go reps. Take time to ensure a solid dip position and strong drive.


3 Rounds for time

100m Farmer's Carry
30 Walking lunges
15 Snatches (75/55)

*Athletes should choose a manageable weight for the carry. Focus on consistent, deep breathing while carrying. Do not max out the carry load.
