HSPU Practice

Athletes will have 15 minutes to work on drills and variations of the Handstand Push-up. Coaches will give athletes different goals to work towards based on their abilities.

*This is an opportunity to improve your skill. Do not let it blow you out for the metcon.


5 Rounds for time

7 Hang snatches (95/65)
Run 400m
15 Pull-ups

*Athletes will have the option to increase loading to 145/105 with coach's approval. If they choose to increase, they will also perform C2B pull-ups.

There will be a 19 minute time cap on today's metcon.
