4 RFT: Squat cleans + Run + Pull-ups

Back Squat

Athletes will have 14 minutes to work up to and complete:

3 x 8 Back Squats @ 70%

All sets should be done with no belt. Weight will be 5-15# heavier than last week. Focus on consistent tempo in the descent and maintaining an upright torso.


4 Rounds for time

12 Squat cleans (95/65)
Run 400m
15 Pull-ups

*There will be an 18 minute time cap on today's metcon.

Athletes may choose to increase intensity by doing C2B pull-ups and performing squat cleans at 165/125 for SEVEN reps each round.
