*Range of motion is the priority so focus on good tempo and control throughout each rep.
Every minute on the minute for 14 minutes
Even: 40-70 Double unders
Odd: 12 Front rack reverse lunges (135/95)
*Athletes can increase loading on the lunges to 165/125 with coach's approval.
