EMOM 20: RKB, Goblet Squat, Burpees, REST

Skill: Double Unders

Athletes will choose a level to practice double unders based on their current skill for 10 minutes:

Level 1 - Work with the coach on completing 1-5 double unders

Level 2 - Use the time to complete as many big sets as possible

Level 3 - Complete a 10 minute EMOM of 40-50 double unders


Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

1st minute: 15 Russian KB swings (24/16)
2nd minute: 15 Goblet squats (24/16)
3rd minute: 15 Burpees
4th minute: REST
