AMRAP 14: Carry + DUs + HSPUs

Snatch Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:

2 Hang pulls + 1 Snatch + 1 Overhead squat


14 minute AMRAP

200m Farmer's carry (moderate weight)
40 Double unders
7 Handstand push-ups

*Athletes can choose to increase the intensity of the HSPUs if their coach agrees. They can discuss options with their coach (strict, deficit, etc.).
