Front Squats - 3 x 6
Athletes will have 14 minutes to work up to and complete:
3 x 6 Front squats @ 80% (5-15# heavier than last week)
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes
Even: 12 Pull-ups
Odd: 12 Box jump overs (24/20)
*Athletes can increase the demands of the workout if their coach agrees by performing chest-to-bar pull-ups.
