AMRAP 2: Clean, Burpee, Squat x 6

Back Squat - 3 x 4

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work up to and complete:

3 x 4 Back squats @ 85% (5-15# heavier than last week)


2 minute AMRAP

5 Power cleans (135/95)
7 Bar-facing burpees
9 Air squats


Repeat for a total of 6 rounds

*Athletes will begin each round where they left off the round before i.e. finish the fourth burpee as time is called, the next round starts on the 5th burpee of 7, then air squats, then back to cleans.
