Front Squats - 3 x 4

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work up to and complete:

3 x 4 Front squats @ 85% (5-15# heavier than last week)


2 Rounds for time

100 Double unders
30 Handstand push-ups
60 Russian KB swings (24/16)

*Athletes will have the option to increase the difficulty of the HSPUs if their coach agrees. If they do so, they will also increase double unders to 200 reps per round.

There will be a 16 minute time cap on today's metcon.
