Snatch Complex

Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:

2 Snatch deadlifts (w/o extension) + 2 Hang Snatches (above the knee)

WOD

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes, alternate between:

MIN 1 - 0:30 seconds max effort double unders
MIN 2 - 0:30 seconds max effort burpees
MIN 3 - 0:30 seconds max effort pull-ups

*Rest and transition to your next station during the remaining 0:30 seconds in each minute.
