Pause Back Squats

Athletes will have 12 minutes to establish a 5RM Pause Back Squat
Each rep will have a 2 second pause at the bottom

Athletes will then have an additional 4 minutes to complete:

2 x 5 Pause back squats @ -20% of their 5RM

WOD

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes, rotate between:

MIN 1 - 15 Wallballs (20/14)
MIN 2 - 15 Russian KB swings (32/24 kg)
MIN 3 - 15 Box jumps (24/20")
