Athletes will have 12 minutes to work on the following complex:
2 Clean deadlifts (w/o extension) + 2 Hang cleans (above the knee)
With a partner, complete 5 Rounds each alternating rounds:
21 Wallballs (20/14)
7 Power snatches (75/55)
*Performed in a "you go, I go" fashion. There will be a 15 minute cap on today's metcon.
