Athletes will have 12 minutes to work up to and complete:
4 x 8 Barbell upright rows @ light to moderate weight
Every minute on the minute for 14 minutes, alternate between:
EVEN - 6-12 Unbroken pull-ups
ODD - 5-10 Unbroken power snatches (95/65)
*Athletes should choose a rep scheme that allows them to consistently hit the same number of unbroken repetitions during the entire workout.
